Welcome to my new Homepage!

After some time my Homepage is again online since Friday, 16.01.2009.

As you can see this page has a new design and a lot of new content. Check back often, as updates to these pages will take place frequently.

The main reason for the updated page is that I decided to use a CMS (Content Management System) now. Therefore, it is easier for me to add new articles and keep this page up to date.

Registered Users will now find a new menu item: Games

At the moment there are several Games in different categories available. I'm sure that everyone will find a game he/she likes. You can play all these games in your browser. Above every game are different icons. If you hoover your mouse over a icon you will get a description.

Most of the games can also be played in full wondow mode. Just try it.

The really good thing about these games is that the Highscore will be stored for your username. So we have a ranking for every game showing up beneath the game. The first three places are honored with pocals.

There is also a total ranking, counting the scores from all the games you have played.

So playing games here will be a real competition.

Some games have also a Battle option. That means two logged in useres can play a game against each other. To do so you have to enter the so called Battle Area.

I hope to see you in the ranking here soon.

Of course I will try to get some more games into the game area of my homepage. If you have any suggestions let me know!

Hompage - 1 year online

As of today this Homepage is online for exactly 1 year!

I'm proud to see that this page had

19450 clicks
from 63 different countries

so far.

I think that's not bad for a private Homepage.

During the last year many things have changed here. I have installed a lot of new services, changes some software and did a lot of configuration to set up everything the way it should be. The calendar and the forum are very well used and visited and these are the main components of this page.

At the moment I want to work on the Photo and Download areas.

I want to mention, that this page is available in 2 languages, German and English. As I have got a lot of friends and registered users from all around the world, its worth the work to offer all the content in two languages.

I want to say thank you to everyone who has been visiting my page, helping me with the translation and for contributing to this page.

It would be great to get some more visits, feedback and/or suggestions.

I really love to keep this page updated and I'm looking forward to talk to you or read from you here on my page.

FIFA Worldcoup 2010 - South Africa

Soon the Fifa Worldcup 2010 will start in South Africa.

I have to admit that I'm not one of the greates football fans, anyway, I decided to put the schedule for all the games onmy Hompeage.

So if you are interested in this, just click Calendar in the main menu. The calendar will appear and you will get a new child menu item showing the Fifa Football Schedule for 2010.

You also get a menu item that will create a list of all the games. You can print this list or create a PDF-File for downloading the list.

Diana came across a interesting page some weeks ago "Samtpfoten Katzenhilfe Ries e.V."

These people care about abandoned cats.

Members care about injured or battered cats and try to find a good and new home for these cats. During the first time the cats have foster homes. Foster families pay for everything needed by the cats.
